DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTSProduct Appears to be Defective ~ If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free in the United States or Canada at 1-844-807-5105. We will replace the damaged product at no charge to you.
Product Appears to have been Damaged in Transit ~ Each item is inspected for quality assurance before it is shipped. If your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call us toll free in the United States or Canada at 1-844-807-5105. We will be happy to initiate a claim through the appropriate carrier on your behalf. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD ANY SHIPPING CONTAINERS OR BOXES due to the fact that an inspection by the appropriate carrier may be required.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return/exchange an item you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free in the United States or Canada at 1-844-807-5105 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). There are absolutely no refunds or returns without an RA#.
Your RA# will expire after 14 days of issuance and it is not renewable. Please make sure you clearly show your RA# on the label of your return shipment.
If you wish to return an item (except Special Order items), you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund you the purchase price (excluding Shipping & Handling).
IMPORTANT: The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, undamaged, and in original factory packaging. If it cannot be resold due to misuse, missing packaging and/or pieces, your refund may not be issued.
When requesting RA#, please include the following in your email:
- Your Name
- Product Number or Description
- Return Reason
- Action Requested: Replace Item, Exchange for Another Item, Refund
In summary, the following conditions must be met in order to return a product:
- Contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Return the product to us within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
- The product must be returned in a new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
